ladies...ACNE!!!!?

hey i have tryed a lot of acne products..and it really doesnt work!!! ladies what do you recommend??seriously....

well I don't really get alot of pimples but i get some one in a while and i just buy a bar of soap for my self and each night i wet my face scrub the soap all over my face and then let it dry out well so far it worked i hope it works for you
