Much valued, children actively want to learn.
Facilities are basic, schools often half built, resources limited.
Few universities but they are good.
Main university is Legon, Accra.
Students pay for their own education at higher level.
90% of children attend primary school, 76% secondary school, less then 2% go to university.

Ghana is one of the better educated countries of Africa it is one of the richest and most properous countries in Africa.
