I am creating a data list in excel and need to have the data colour coordinated. How can i get a more extensive range of colours in excel? I have around 50 topics needing to be different colours and the colour chart only has about 20.

Excel only have these colors, IF you don't want t ouse the pattern that the other answerer recommand you, then you have no other way

I'm sorry but I looked and there seems to be no other method of adding more colours to the set range for colour tabs.

GO TO FORMAT CELLS, PATTERN, CHOOSE ANOTHER COLOUR OR USE A PATTERN IN THE CELL.THERE ARE 4O COLOURS AND ABOUT 15 PATTERNS
