I live in Staten Island Anadale area. There are no parks or playgrounds for the children to play. A park is really needed here and there are a few spots that i see that may accomadate one. What do my neighbors and i do?

You need to go to the governing body. Whether that be township trustees--city council--whoever. They should have monthly meetings. Attend these and propose your ideas or just talk to one of the members about your issues and ideas. I do not know what the governing body is called there. If you are new to the area or do not know, call the local police dept. and I'm sure they can tell you who you might contact. Good luck

i would talk to your mayor and if your area is poor have a fundraiser to raise money for it. Just believe you can help your environment and your children.

Get people to help out with it and maybe everyone could help build one for kids.
