My family is going through the same situation in the US my dad recently got a job at UAE and he is debating living the US to go there. IT is a very modern country, with very nice malls, people and culture. the people are different but it takes getting used to but i think if you really think it is important to leave, separate your family from the problems in the UK you have to do, don't think that times will get better, i will live in a year or something. If you want to now, do it because the more time you spend in the UK the harder it will be to leave. Change is good, tell that to your teenagers and it is important for them to experience the different cultures. To find jobs in Dubai all you have to do is go there, for the holiday, and ask around the people are very and nice and they would greatly apprieaiate it if new people came to help them out.
