No... the salt will not evaporate into the air. However, it will leave a salt / mineral residue where there is water that dried by evaporation. This is, if you drop some tank water on the coffee table and don't wipe it up, there will be a salt residue.
However, this is easily removed with vinegar.

No, only the water evaporates leaving the salt behind. The guy who said the salt will evaporate, doesn't know what he's talking about.

Not in general, but anywhere you happen to drip water during water changes or cleaning will leave salt.
