It depends on the part of Kingston. You can get from Spain (Spanish Town) to Six Miles (that's in Kingston near the border with St Catherine) in about 15 minutes if there's no traffic and you're driving like a sane, sober person.

Some approximate times:

to New Kingston - 30mins
to Downtown - 30 mins
to Norman Manley Airport - 1 hour
to Cross Roads - 35 mins
to Constant Spring - 40 mins
to Liguanea - 35 mins

Armando:

Kingston is approximately 9 miles (or 15 kilometers) from Spanish Town.

By car or other motorized transport, perhaps 10-20 minutes depending on time of day, traffic, etc.

Close. Probably about 10-15 miles and it takes about 15 mins to drive it depending on how crazy the taxi driver is.
