best tip my doctor ever told me was dont drink ONLY water.... i have a hard time staying hydrated and i would drink tons of water and nothing.... my doctor told me to have a cup of juice or milk or even some gatoraid sometime in the day specally as you get farther along and you have to pee so much... well let me just tell you, it helps me... i can drink a 24 pack of water in a few days and still be dehydrated but once i drink juice or something, i feel so much better... it usually lasts a couple of hours to....
other then that i would say get a full body pellow and sleep with it between your knees, just make sure its not to fluffy or flat and that your knees are about equal to your hips, takes some of the pressure off and makes it a TINY bit easyer to sleep at night... plus after you have the baby you can use the pellow to help hold the baby up closer, if you plan on breastfeeding...

if roller over your husband or bf if he is with you he will get all the morning sickness and you wont have none HEY IT WORKED FOR ME FOR REAL. but just be the same if you get sick eat crackers lay down sleep as much as you can relax and it is safe to clean when you are in that mood trust me you wil be in the mood to clean the whole entire house but try not use too much chemicals. read out loud play. music eat veggies and fruites it much much easier when they are old enough to get them to eat them i did that through out my pregnancy and my first born is 4 and my other one is one and they absoulty love veggies and fruites. take your previetimens but if they make you sick its ok to stop or try to take them in the after noon and see how that does.
oh and if you baby hurts ya like on the sides just give him/her a little push to move you do not have to do it hard just rub in that spot and she/he will move. ok thats all i can think of
CONGRATS AND GOOD LUCK
