when scrolling up or down it is too fast??

open Control Panel>mouse then select the wheel tab and decrease the no if u want to reduce the speed and increase it if u wanna increase the speed

You can't customize it. MouseWheel usually sends a message to the scrollbar, and the scrollbar's speed is customized by each application. If you have a mousewheel that doesn't 'click' when you move it, then you can get more fine grain control.
