Great matchup, this is tough but I think it still has to be Carman and her are the reasons:
Jessica is very non sexual and doesn't sell her sex appeal
Carmens whole career is based on being a sex symbol and really nothing else.
women find Jessica acceptable, and generally hate Carmen, that should tell you who has more appeal to men.

Well Jessica Alba's young, fresh (if,....you know what I mean). But doesn't have the experience. And won't EVEN do a nude seen. You can tell she has insecurities about herself.
On the other hand...............
Carmen Elektra, oh Carmen, Carmen, Carmen. She is beautiful, still has a bod; for her age and has experience. She started on baywatch and shows it all in playboy.

Jessica all the way!!! She can kick *** and look great doing it. Carmen in my opinion is just an attention junkie with no talent. Looks alone make a hottie NOT!!! Jessica has shown true acting talent as well as being easy on the eyes. She can show a vulnerability while not losing her cool. I am a chick, NOT gay, and usually dismiss most female actors. Miss Alba is a ray of light in cinema.

jessica is sultrier and has more kissable lips. but would never pose in the buff. carmen electra, however, has. as far as acting jessica would win. but which is hotter? that's just a matter of personal preference.
