I dont know any parent that doesnt have this fear. As a parent, I can honestly say that this would be the very worst possible thing that can happen in my life.

do assess whether this is a phobia or whether its just normal parental protective instict. if you are afraid to let your child go out and ride a bicycle, and theyre 25, then you might havea phobia.
