No. The current bluetooth technology is not mature enough to help you voice talk with another mobile pone. But this may be a reality in the future (near).

The intent of Bluetooth is nearfield RF communications, and using Bluetooth to directly connect two phones together would bypass the revenue-generating cellular networks these phones are supposed to be used on, so I don't think Bluetooth will ever mature into a full-blown point-to-point access interface.
