Everyone has the same rights in a work place. People also have unions to protect these rights and make sure they are carried out. Usually in employment you are given a list of what you're rights are. Do you have one? If not ask the relevent body at your workplace what the rights are of workers. Everyone should be treated equally.

i can confirm equitable law being handed interior of right here couple of many years. BTW @FSS, that's quite stupid using fact a) Gays make up basically a TINY sliver so some distance as minorities bypass and could not heavily improve for some reason, which would be biologically incredible b) If 40% of human beings have been gay we would not could worry plenty approximately overpopulation which ties in to very almost each concern of environmental sustainability. reducing birthrate isn't a hallmark of human failure yet human progression (until it became right into a speedy dieback, which will actual happen if every physique retains having too many toddlers and our inhabitants surpasses our wearing means). Plus then per risk i could locate myself a boyfriend c) not every physique believes on your faith, so which you mustn't impose your values of having intercourse for under reproductive applications on every physique, interior the comparable way which you won't desire somebody else's values which you do not believe imposed on you using fact they suspect it to be a common reality.

yes
you shouldn't get fired or mistreated for being gay but as a management consultant, I have seen a few people not get work or be dogged because they are not gay... People actually would say they require their interior designer to be a gay man or a fashion house would select a gay designer over a straight one. Those people could have sued and I would have been their witness. That's as stupid as saying my doctor has to be jewish or chinese, or my lawncare guy has to be mexican. Bigotry has no place in a decent society. But then we have never had one of those have we?

Yes, ethics should be the same, but the obviousness of this seems to throw some people for a loop.

It sounds to me like you are a far right conservative working at a far left liberal work place. You might want to find a place to work where you are more wanted.
