By informing, I dont mean walking around with confidence..I mean TELLING people how hot she is..

NO. A person who is beautiful has no need to inform others. Their beauty is obvious to others. When a beautiful person has to inform others of their beauty then she/he is insecure (and/or doesn't have anything else going for them). Insecurity (and having nothing else going for you) isn't beautiful.

Physical beauty doesn't count nearly as much as personality based beauty. For example I might sleep with this person, but I'd never date them seriously. This person seems far too self absorbed and beauty only goes so far, everybody ages and eventually that beauty dissipates and then you have an unattractive person with no personality. Give me the plain girl with a great personality any day. I got lucky, my girlfriend happens to be both!

If she is the bragging type that let's everyone know how beautiful she is, yes, she does get less attractive to me but only on the inside. If you have a beautiful outside, it isn't going to change because you brag, but you do lose alot in my mind as far as my interest.

Depends on how she lets people know what she thinks. If she just knows she is and walks around with her head up high - no problem. If she starts acting like she is better than everyone else and is bitchy - well .......... I mean she's either irritating or she's not.

I think that is when confidence crosses the line and becomes conceit. Confident people are attractive. Conceited people are annoying and unattractive.

Depends on how much appealing she is!!
If she herself says how hot she is then she ain't hot at all but if she is hailed by men then yes she is!!
