Australia has the largest percentage of skin cancer in the world. There happens to be a large hole in the ozone over Australia which causes the stereotypical aussie glow. My point is you probably will not be out of work if you decided to pursue living there. Also it is a BEAUTIFUL country, really stunning, with fantastic beaches, friendly people, and quite a few attractive people due to the active lifestyle. If I were in your position, I would choose the land down under.

In Canada you would first have to be licensed as an MD....THEN you would go on to the dermatology subspecialty. The process of acquiring an MD .. when you have foreign training...can be lengthy and difficult....it depends to some extent on where you were trained. More information can be had from the body which grants MDs ... in Ontario it is the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.
