The are all the same.
All the computer manufacturers by the system components from the same vendors. So, inside it is the same computer but the outside of the box has their name on it. This is a question that has no answer. It all depends on the things you will be doing with the computer. Ie, gaming, music, video, etc....
First determine what you will be doing with it and then ask the question. Also, take into consideration do you want the computer to be upgradable or not.

There is no BEST computer, it does not exist, there is merely poor, good and better.
By the time any computer is built it is already outdated.
A computer system is judged by how it works for your individual tasks, and the most expensive is not always the better. Any computer that does what you want it to do, is best for you, for someone else possibly not.

Any computer that isn't running Windows is ok. The best are Mac and Linux.

HP pavillions 76 or 9x series. They are very good, only need to provide safety features and some image accelerator for detailed gaming, and a good ups. If caring for max, a laser or broadband connection saves a lot of extra insurance time.

It depends on what you'll be doing with it.
The best computer for a gamer is not necessarily the best for a database server, neither for video editing.

it should be economical!!
AMD processors are cost low ,it offers better performance than intel ! ! it suits for gamers also!!
