trying to find butcher paper rolls. where can i find them??? like what store carries them??? Found some online for like $40 looking for something less expensive...and that i can walk in to a store and buy!!!!

Go to a cooking or upscale food store that caters to fine chefs, restuarants, cooking schools, etc. They'll have it in rolls for you and it won't be too expensive, plus you won't have to pay shipping if you get it at the store vs. online.
Look for culinary schools in your area and search near where they are located ie: downtown, industrial area, etc.
If you can't find it there, see if your local Hobby Lobby, JoAnnes or Michaels craft store will order it in for you to go pick up. try hobby shops like train, model, card and crafts stores.
And Amazon.com and Dick Blick art supplies do have it, also, but you will pay shipping. See here:
