well, i use Freesever.com. It hosts your site for free. If you ant to get rid of the banners and have more tools, such as Perl and FTP you would have to pay a little per month. Its cheap and affordable. If you need help with finding codes and html generators, just surf the web for them. Type in "HTML CODES" or HTML GENERATOR". I also have a site that may help you with finding codes.
