Question 4:
If the base of a rectangle is 17.8 cm and the area is 357.78 cm², what is the height of the rectangle?
A = bh
357.78 = 17.8h
h = 357.78 : 17.8
h = 20.1 cm
Answer is 20.1 cm.

Question 5:
If the area of a rectangle is 646.84 mm² and the height is 31.4 mm, what is the perimeter of the rectangle?
A = bh
646.84 = 31.4b
b = 20.6mm

P = 2b + 2h
P = 2(20.6) + 2(31.4)
P = 41.2 + 62.8
P = 104 mm

Question 6:
If the area of a parallelogram is 391 mm² and the height is 23 mm, what is the length of the base?
A = bh

391 : 23 = b
b = 17mm
><
Question 7:
If the base of a rectangle is 1 3/5 cm and the area is 14 18/25 cm², what is the height of the rectangle?
A = bh
14 18/25 = 1 3/5 * h
368/25 = 8/5h
368/25 : 8/5 = h
h = 368/25 * 5/8
h = 9,2 cm

16 1/10 = 2(7 4/5) + 2h
161/10 = 2(39/5) + 2h
161/10 - 49/5 = 2h
2h = 63/10
h = 63/10 * 1/2
h = 63/20 m or 3,15m
