Every once and a while my AIM will send random messages to people telling them to go to some site. It's very annoying. I've tried virus scans, deleting the file with the virus, AIMfix, and reinstalling AIM but it still does it

Go to MSconfig under Start --> Run. Follow the tabs to Services and Startup. I reccomend to DISABLE ALL ITEMS UNDER STARTUP. Then reboot your system and do a scan. Otherwise, slave the drive up to another machine and scan it as a slave.
