I want a baby sling(not a front carrier) that is relatively easy to use, looks good, goes into different positions for newborns and older babies and that I can breastfeed with.
What do you recommend?

The Maya Wrap is my favorite not bulky padding too try to get around and they can be very colorful or very plain. Simple to use and come with an instuctional video. I love mine. Thay can be bought at breast feeding stores about everywhere or all over the internet.

I was all gung ho about having a sling with my last baby. I bought 2 of them. An expensive name brand and a cheaper knock off. Neither one worked for either of us. I went and bought a front carrier and we were both much happier.

I used the Wise Woman sling. It was very comfortable and you can adapt it to a toddler sling as well. It comes in lots of colors and fabrics, I have the flannel one in khaki. Wished I could have used it longer, as soon as my son could crawl he wanted nothing to do with it. But it really was wonderful those first 8 months.

Not sure where you are from, but this is a good one in Canada. I have one and it is as good as any. The website also shows you all the different positions you can use, for newborn, older babies, breastfeeding etc.

i have serious neck and shoulder issues, so I had to give up on my beloved Maya Wrap after a few months. i got an Ergo and it saved our babywearing relationship! i also have a couple Mei Tais, which are super comfy too. I love the Ergo because it can carry a bigger child (just in case you need too;-)

Hotslings makes really funky slings
BabyHawk makes custom MeiTais that even dads like!

I made one for my youngest. It was wonderful and she loved it. I didn't breastfeed though. Just a carrier.

if you look on the internet they have one by zolo wear i loved it they could ride in a pouch on your front, you can adjust it for breast feeding, and when they get older you can carry them on your hip. it was awesome and a lifesaver!! i also had a friend get a pattern off the internet and make it herself, and her's turned out great too!!
