How much would you pay to attain your first legal job after law school from a placement service?

I have seen ads for lawcrossing and legal authority and think they might be ripoffs considering careerbuilder/monster, but right now I am getting slightly desperate for jobs, so I was wondering if anybody has used these services or if they would pay for them.

Check with the local, state and federal government agencies in your area. With a law degree, most gov. agencies are looking and its a good place to start w/o paying placement service.

Placement services charge both you and the employer. They are a rip off..............
