Like the last poster said beautifully, right-click and do get Info.
You can also do this across multiple songs for the fields that make sense (say it's the same artist for a group of songs, or the same recording company). Just highlight all the songs you want simultaneously change, right click any of them (it'll open just one dialogue box) and then change the info for all of them. Note that using this method, you should only change the information that is common to all the songs you have selected. Song title, etc. should still be done one at a time.

You can change it on windows media player. Just plug it in your computer and turn on windows media player.Go in edit devices and click on edit track name and choose the track then just type in what you want the track to be called.

Yes. I do it all the time.
Okay like when you're Itunes is pulled up.
Right Click on the song and click on Get INFO
and than it should be a tab there.
And you can change it ;-].

ye u can doubl klik on where it says track 1 and it should highlight when it does type the name of the song and when u connect ur ipod it will update too! bingo
