2. Has to have the ability to dominate and take over games. Whether it's scoring, passing, rebounding, etc. The MVP must show that he could take over games and be one of the most dominant players. For example Kobe scoring in the 4th quarter to get the win, or Nash giving tons of assists to give guys open looks.

3. This last requirement for the MVP doesn't deal with their skill and talent levels. It deals with their attitude. The MVP must have a positive attitude and one that is able to uplift a team.

That makes the perfect MVP.
