I read today that married couples have sex ..
1 time a week 47 %
2 or more a week 35%
less than 1 time a week 18%
do you think that this is correct, because If so My sex life is normal and Im on my husbands butt for more sex and have no reason to be

I'm in the 18% over the span of a year that it averages less than 52 times a year, but to each his own. You need to do what you and your husband want regardless of percentages.

Normal is whatever the two of you decide it should be. Stats like these are always skewed somewhat. The only number that can be nailed down is the once a week. Two or more could be 14 times and still meet the guides. Less than one could be once a year. Either of those extremes are probably well outside the norm.

Bottom line, if you want more sex you're normal and I hope your husband will rise to meet your desires.

unfortunately that is correct My husband and i have been married for almost 4 years and we do it about once a week. every know and then it is more and some times it has been over a week. I guess it just depends on how tired you are and if you are in the mood. i usually bug my husband as well. and the horrible thing is when it has been longer than usual the guys finish quicker and then we (the women) don't get there pleasure! that makes me upset! I sometimes wish we did do it more! good luck to you

I would say that the number of couples that have sex less than once a week is probably higher. But my husband and I are in the second category!

Hi, you have not mentioned, what is your age, or for how many days or years since you are married,but even if you are young or old or middle age it does not matter, because if both of you are in love, you can have sex even 2 times a day or night, just dont believe all the stupid sex surveys that are written.

what is normal? some standard said by someone who hasn't got a clue. That and you need to remember that people lie. The man will say he get's it more than he does to sound manly and the woman will say she gets it less because she doesn't want to sound like a whore. Everybody is different. I wanted it 3x a day when I was younger and my wife (now ex wife) only wanted it once a month. She gave in once a week out of pity. I know now that there are women out ther who want it daily or more and a bunch who want it once a month or less.

I'm in my 50's and still want it 3x a week and still only get it once. Because she's tired from working. I need a fu*k buddy 2x a week. Sounds like you need one too.

Nah..keep on his butt because it will make him believe he's a stud in the sack..he probably wont give it to you any more but what the hell..at least you tried. I actually thought married people had more sex then this though..I'm on it as often as she will give it to me and we are both fairly happy but as I said, "Let him believe he's a stud..." I wouldn't go with statistics, do your own thing. Most guys would love to have their wife on their butts about more sex. If he doesn't want to give it to you let him know that there will be some hot sex going on in your bed every night at nine, with or without him...he'll show up.
