I've been tracking my temperature this month and it went up right when I thought I would ovulate. It's been 12 days now of elevated temperature. I've read different things....if your temperature stays elevated probably pregnant AND that your temperature stays elevated until your period regardless. Can someone help?

Your BBt should stay up until your period comes, some as early as 2 days before some the day after it will drop. If you were to be pregnant it should stay up.

Having an bigger basal physique temperature for a minimum of 18 days after ovulation is a hallmark of being pregnant. One random decrease temperature could be a fluke or because of environmental factors, yet while it remains down, then you definately ought to anticipate your era quickly.

Your temp stays elevated until your period is about to start, then it drops. My temp usually drops about 6 to 8 hours before i get my period. If your temp doesn't drop and you don't get your pg, test in about 3 days and see waht happens....good luck!
