They aren't people who just design mirrors, they're usually interior design specialists (like the gimp in the frilly shirt, on that daytime tv home design show - laurence somethin or other?)
You might want to try looking at some of the famous designers of the early 20th century, Art Deco was a good period in design, and is still in wide use today...
try typing "art deco mirror" or " stained glass mirror" into google

One of the finest mirror designers was Chippendale, that’s the only one I can think of, but this will give a starting point.
