If you routinely need to move 6 gigs around, look into getting a portable USB hard drive. It'll be easier and more reliable than trying to portion out your stuff onto several CDs.

There's no way you can fit 6gb on 700mb CD. You will need a dvd burner and burn it on a DVDR. Or you can get an external USB Hard drive.

Either find a kick-*** compression program or just divide it up into 700mb blocks.
Usually if it can be split up, your computer will start and then prompt you to insert more discs. Make sure you label them to keep the #'s straight.

Better use a pendrive than writing all these information on several cds.Just think if you've to copy each time the same amount of data or information of cds?
A pendrive will fit best and make sure the amount of storage is sufficient for 9gb.

you have to separate the files, like 7 - 700mb cds..
you can try nero for it. if you have a cd-r. Of course, if you have a dvd-r, it could copy about 4.7 gb. a lot more easier.

6gb is too large for 700mb CD, wat u need to do is use hjsplit software and split ur file. go to www.download.com and type in "hjslit". After u split the file, then put each session on ur cds. Keep in mind 1000mb = 1GB.......u do the math, i'm bad at it. Goodluck
