The 1964 mint set is valued at $12 min, up to $17, according to coin magazine. Exact value will be based on the condition of the original mint packaging. The dime, quarter and half dollar in the set have 90% silver, and is the last of the series with this fineness. The set was originally sold for $2.40.

The 64 nickel was the last one to have any signfigant amount of silver in it. I can't say the exact percentage, but you'd be getting more value out the condition and the mint mark of the coins then out of the silver content they carry.
