Well I know that in Maine across the state smoking is banned inside public places and now in one town (Bangor) smoking is banned inside your car if children under 18 are present (which is ridiculous)!!

I only know about my state, Washington. No smoking in any public building, or within 25 feet of an entrance.

Well I can't give you all the states and countries, BUT ACUSHNET, MASSACHUSETTS DOES ENFORCE it as OUR COMMUNIST Board of health voted to ban smoking in ALL public places. This is even with the state law that says PRIVATE clubs CAN smoke. But local board of healths can ban it if they choose. OUR COMMUNIST Board did ban it.
