I am looking for a cultured, posh, nice, beautiful city or maybe in countryside. I want to know the best place that you get great jobs and lots of clothe shops, galleries, ect. Somewhere where danger is foreign, or minor. The weather must be usally sunny. Sorry if I sound too idealistic!

Also, please state why you think it would be the best.

Also, a very non-religious town as well. I don't care if the city has few night clubs, or places like that.

San Diego, Ca... Arguably the nicest city in the US. Fantastic Weather , plenty of sunshine.... close to do sight seeing/ shopping etc in LA or Mexico... A nice cultured city.. relatively low crime

Actually Fort Collins,Co would be my top choice.... It does get cold there because it is in the mountains but it is usually sunny.. Great University http://welcome.colostate.edu/ and is ranked as the best US city to live by money magazine :http://money.cnn.com/magazines/moneymag/bplive/2006/index.html

If you rank what is important to you in the choices on Money magazines site it will reccomend a city list for you... but I would guess you would want to look at AZ, NM, and Southern CA -except LA (crime)

In reality I think you are dreaming but I check out Nashville, Tn. (Vanderbilt University, David Lipscomb University, Belmont University; Frist Fine Arts Center, Titans football ) Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC (sorry not familiar with schools there just the cities.)
You are going to have to modify your criteria list and prioritize it.What feature must you have and what are you willing to give up. Good luck
