Yes, when I got pregnant I had the same cramps as when I have my period.
So it is possible!
Good luck!

First, if ou suspect you could be pregant you really should take the test, no matter how scared or dissappointing it can be to see a negitive sign.
Second, do you normally get severe lower back pains???? That doesn't sound so normal to me, cramping and upset stomach yeah, but not the severe back pain. If your spotting anything other than what you normally see with your period you need to call your doctor now. As in bright blood, or clots anything out of the normal for you.
I'm sorry to say you need to fast the test strip for your own sake at the moment. If you are pregnant and you've been spotting you'd have to go to the doctors anyways, if your not, and it's just the start of your period it won't leave you guessing to what it could be,
So.. go buy a test.. take a deep breath and do it. Sorry.
Hope it helps, hope you get that positive, if it's not, hope everythings ok!

Yes, I had this. Actually, I thought that the spotting was my period, and it was just really light. I didn't realize I was pregnant until about 2 weeks later, when I was crazy hungry all the time and my breasts hurt a lot.
Since you were expecting your period on the 21st, you have definitely waited long enough to take the HPT. I would do it. Good luck!

You can have spotting or bleeding during pregnancy, but it's not that common. If you want to be 100% sure... just do it... take a preg. test. Get one at the groc. store, and just do it! Next, if you are not preg after 2 years, i would speak to my doctor about it. You deserve your hearts desire to have a child full-filled. Find out why you are not getting preg., and get the problem fixed. It may be as simple as you not ovulating and needing to take the pills that cause you to ovulate.
Severe back pain and even clotting is normal for some of us. Some people ... like me... even have labor pains in the back and not the front. You have to go by what is normal ,and what is not normal, for you personally.

I understand about the disappointment, but hon you have to test to find out. I would wait another week or so then test. Or go to your Dr. he can help you out with your feeling, Maybe even fertilization treatments are a possibility. Good Luck.

You should take the test. If you're not pregnant you need to find out why you're late.
