I cannot get my printer to print out a whole page it prints all except the main part which is the letter HELP?

I printed a letter in the morning yesterday and when I tried to print out another letter later in afternoon, it would print out the whole page but leave out what I will call the guts of the letter! Has anyone got any ideas as to how to fix it? I was told that the printer is okay because it does print some and has ink, that it could be some kind of a security thing that I need to fix I would appreciate any help Thanks

I've seen the same problem when trying to print a document that has a lot of formating....like a MS Excel spreadsheet with shading. The printer simply runs out of memory.

Are you printing something like that or just a plain document with text? Feel free to email me if you need to...
