Which Public Illinois college/univeristy is the worst?

Which school do you think is the worst give me explanation why please.

It's a toss-up between Governor's State and Chicago State. They just don't attract good students. The good students in the Chicago area who want to go to a local public school go to UIC.

I just wouldn't go to an Illinois school period, go to New York or LA, you will be happier.
My reason is that racial and sexual discrimination is not as prevalent in LA and NY, as it is in Middle America, that is just my opinion, but that has been my experience.
