Math is one of those subjects where practice really does help a whole lot. Get a Schaum guide/outline in the exact math subject (calculus, percentages, accounting etc) you're studying. They can be found in libraries or in large bookstores. With a Schaum guide, you progress from very easy problems to more complex. You'll even find occasionally that teachers take the easy path of copying the exact problems from Schaums for their exams.

Some people are just mentally challenged when it comes to math. They might be better at sports or drawing but suck at like math or reading or something else. Everyone is different. Like some said before, I would definetely notify your teacher and ask her how you can do better and just let her know that you are willing to try. She can prob stay after school with you and tutor you and give you additional help. In addition, ask your parents to check and help you with homework as well. Even go as far as having a group hw and study session with classmates to get their intake on the problems. Finally, ask your parents if they can hire you a personal tutor. Pay attention in class and ask questions whenever you feel lost. If you follow all this advice, eventually the math you are learning will start to make sense and you will get better grades. Good luck!

Twenty pages of those problems with 15 on each page. (Do that math :] ) Be persitent!

well!!!Just like football is with power,Hockey is by trick,Cricket is by chance and MATH is with PRACTICE......All that a student needs is to practice.....and whatever it is try Ur hard and Never i repeat NEVER think u know it perfectly.
Just practice as much u can in a day but till the time u r interested....and not that much that u get tired.......make math interesting......just like the chapter that u r studying........bcoz wen u think u dont like a particular Chapter u surely lose ur interest
The best way is to Enjoy Maths.........if u r not tht gud in the beginning make ur mind tht u know it......and u can do the particular chapter.......but i would advice.....later dont think u know it......and dont practice.........thts wat i did & got 35/50........thts really bad.........
