Hello,
Egresado in spanish means the status in which a student has already finish all the classes of the university, but is still missing the thesis or the graduate project. So I would like to know which is the equivalent in english or in the US system degree

Literally translates means withdrawn. We do not have a term for it here becasue if you do not finih your thesis you do not get any credit in the job market for all the work. No exact term.

Egresado/a en ingles se les llama graduate, lo que pasa es que para ser egresado de X universidad tendrias que haber completado todos los requisitos academicos para poder graduarte y adquirir un diploma que es el que te acredita como graduando, sin haber cumplido con esos requisitos no hay diploma. Ahora tengo entendido que se les llama egresados/as cuando se hace referencia en un curriculum o mencion no significa ningun grado.....
