And it goes that till this age I never had sex. It is not like you think, where I live this has to be practised only after marriage. However I feel that my body is deteriorating, it is not functioning properly; my sight, hearing, bones, lack of concentration and distraction. I feel really not in a good shape and most of all, the premenstrual pains are growing severe, swollen breasts, increase in my distraction, decrease in sight, back pains, if I happen to get a tiny wound on these days, it hurts 10 times more than usual, and those symbtoms many days before the period and can last till its end. And I personally render all this to not having sex... What do you say?

No,no, no. Sex is not a bodily function in the way that using the bathroom or eating is. What you are experiencing could be a serious health issue or possibly even a psychological disorder like depression-which can sometimes cause physical pain. You are still a young, young woman and have a whole lifetime to fall in love and experience a sexual/intimate relationship. But trust me there is soooo much more to life. I understand from personal experience about living in a family/religion/society that completely rules out sex before marriage and I have no strong opinions either way now that I am in my 30's and have been married for 11 years I am a lot less concerned about such things. But living under such strict rules of behaviour can sometimes push us to the breaking point-emotionally and mentally. My suggestion would to DEFINITELY go get a good physical check-up with your gynocologist or family doctor. Tell them about your symptoms and also about this concern. One thing I've learned over the years is-if you think or feel something, more than likely someone else has experienced the same thought or feeling. So don't be embarrassed to speak to a doctor-we ALL have our problems. Please don't sit around and worry yourself. If you are feeling badly, make it your goal to find out what it is that IS the problem and work on fixing it. But as for not having sex, I just don't believe there is any connection. Good luck!

I understand there is a certain release of hormones that are triggered due to sex and those improve a person's overall well-being but are not necessary for the proper functioning of a human-being. What you are experiencing are psychosomatic.
Due to psychological reasons and because you obviously feel constrained in the environment you are in your body is reacting.

I say you really need to see a doctor!!
Lack of sex will not cause those symptoms unless it is a mental thing.
You need to find out if somethingis wrong medically.

you really need to talk to your doctor. Only a health professional can answer that.
