I found a few extra descendants.
Wikipedia says that in a teenage relationship with a girl named Zelma Proctor, Cab fathered a child, Camay, born in 1927. One other source notes he married Zelma in 1924.
He married Wenonah "'Betty" Conacher, on July 26, 1928. One source says that because Betty was unable to conceive, they adopted a daughter, Constance, in 1939. The child turned out to be mentally retarded.
In 1942, he met Zulme "Nuffie" MacNeal, Calloway's first wife didn't give him a divorce until 1949, so two of Cab and Nuffie's three daughters were conceived out of wedlock.

Ya know, after watching Stormy Weather so many times that I could say the lines w/ the actors, I decided to read his biography. I could have sworn it said that he was only married twice and had one daughter, who later became a singer. Think her name is Chris. I believe his first wife was named Betty (the mother of his child), but his 2nd wife had unusual nickname. Something like Snuffie. He was a highly interesting man!
