I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol or coffee, I eat very healthy but I love my one-a -day sugar free Red Bull.

I would say no. Stick to drinking one coke a day, if you need the caffeine. Red Bull is a little too much.

I was a caffeine freak before I got pregnant. Once you give it up you feel SO much healthier!

I don't think you should, as long as that is the only caffine you have all day. The reason why they say don't drink caffine is because it depletes the calcium in the baby. So as long as it is used in moderation and you don't feel guilty about drinking it then I don't think it should be a problem. I still have my latte's every morning. I've been told by one doctor no cut it out and the other doctor told me to use moderation, so I guess it's really how you feel about it.
Also think about those people who do smoke and drink 3 cups a coffee a day. I know some people like this and there babies are fine. What people don't know is how much caffeine is in coffee, 2 shots of esspresso is equal to one red bull. So like I said use your gut.

I would definetly give up red bull sugar free or sugared. The fact is that it is bad for the baby and can cause low birth weight but it can also cause your blood pressure to be high which can cause complications during later pregnancy.

Congrats on your pregnancy.

sorry but i agree with everyone else. i have a BIG coffee addiction, and my doctor said one cup of decaff coffe would be okay, but a red bull is loaded with caffene and other uppers. maybe find a coffee drink you like and get the decaf version until the baby is born it is a sacrifice, but in the long run, it will be much better for your child. Congrats on the news!!!

Fom what i am told a lot of caffee can mack you have an a.d.h.a or an a.d.d. Baby. But talk to your doc to see if that is too much a day in the red bull there might not be if that is all you drink.

You should probably give up the Red Bull. It's an upper, and all that caffeine can harm the baby.
