A ? to Philosopy professors/high school teachers?

I've been dreaming of becoming a philosopy professor (since two weeks ago), but i dont know how to become a philosopy professor (i know what classes to take in highschool but not for college) I also would like to know what is it like to be a philosopy professor. And if it is true that you have no fun in life. (because i heard that one from a few of my teachers who have friends who are philosopy professors) Anyways main point:

What is tha career like?
What do i have to do before highschool and after?
