I just got my W2 from my full time job this morning. No you're not impatient, they are required by law to have them out to you by Jan. 31st.

I got it from one company I worked for, but not the other one I worked for. It's still early. They are just starting to come out at some companies. If your really concerned ask the company if they sent yours out yet.
