Both, But Majority in color. I can control my dreams also.
What is weird is like the first posted, sometimes things are black and white but then there will be one color, like black and white, then some things are red for example.

In color except once when I saw a black and white tv show. Then I had a black and white dream.

Both, more often in color, occasionally in black and white and rarely in black and white but with some things colored.

Both. Black and white less often than color. My nightmares are mostly in b&w.
