The burden...the contributions are great...however the burden is phenomenal!!!

The huge amounts of debt because the baby boomers never took any responsibility for a paygo mentallity has pushed a nearly insurmountable debt burden...both personally and in the govt. The SS system has run a surplus evry single year...yet is broke...why? Because the baby boomers used it as a slush fund.

And their draw on the US economy when they withdraw from the workforce and draw SS, take $$ out of the stockmarket instead of put in.....well, lets just say "the great depression II" will be coming to a city near you come 2009-2012....and that is just when the recession will start...let the history books tell us when it will end!
