For eons lines like that have been used as a means to try and change or demean someone for their sexual identity. If I had a nickle for every time a guy came up to me or my girlfriend and said "you just haven't had the right guy...let me show you what a real man is", I'd be rich.
For some it is a way of covering the way they really feel...threatened by your sexuality. For others, they are jealous...you have a cute babe on your arm, and its not fair because they can't find someone that great to date them. But for most, its just a way to show their ignorance.
My girlfriend and I have been together for going on 26 years. There have been some low points, and some high points as is true in all relationships, but for the most part, I wouldn't change a thing...and the sex is great.
I have never been attracted to someone of the opposite sex, and never expect to be. And I don't feel like I am missing anything.

Never heard that. Sorry. And if someone ever did say that to me, i would laugh in there face. Cuz my relationship with my girlfriend is more fulfilling & sastifactory in EVERY way than any i've ever had. Thank you.
