Out of all the fast food places to eat, which one do you think is the most healthy to eat at?

The best way to decide that is to compare the "nutritional guides" that are available on all fast food company web sites. And don't be fooled by the "salad" choices, many of those have higher fat and sugar content than other items you'd consider unhealthy.

Subway is a good one, but you can also keep Wendy's in mind, good salads, baked potatoes, and a larger variety than just sandwiches. I don't think of Subway as fast food, no drive thru. Really you can make anywhere healthy if you just know how to order. Like grilled chicken instead of fried. Or diet soda or water instead of regular soda or a shake. Culvers is cooking with no trans fat oil and has been longer than any other fast food.(saw that on the news). Only problem with Culvers is you still want to order a butter burger and cheese curds, yum!!! but not good for a dieter or healthy eater. that is my take.

Of all the fast food places, I'd say taco bell is probably the healthiest because you could substitute all the cheese and cream with fresco style which is really just tomato onion and cilantro. It's so good you don't even realize it's better for you.

I would say Subway- but if you don't count that- I would have to go with Wendy's- they offer a lot of side options that are better than french fries...
