nobody knows who the killer is not even the cast because they have filmed numerous endings for this beacsue they want it to be a surprise (not that i care just want this boring storyline to end

no cos i think it was sadie who killed him she came back
unoticed or may be it was the foreman who they tried to blame when the house blew up.
they have filmed lots of different endings so it could be absolutly any one of them

all the clues are adding up to her as there are lots of proof at the moment but i know it isnt her. infact its someone whos been a suspect but not her
