Keep putting them in the spam bin. In Yahoo, press spam on any and all unknown mail. It doesn't solve anything, it just gets rid of the current batch. We all get spam. That's a part of life on the internet. You don't want spam? Don't have an email address, and above all, don't list it anywhere. Everywhere you have gone on the internet and left your email address, 95% of those places sell their information to spammers, who then send you unwanted mail.

Only open e-mails from addresses you know, even the best corporate systems will have a few spams come in.

There are software systems you can buy but they also trash valid e-mails.

Run a few scans on your computer like adaware, trend micros housecall etc and remove all items....Then go to Tools----->Internet OPtions------->and remove all cookies, history, temp files on/offline and click OK.

Then wait and see what occurs...if you keep getting these spams then flag them as such and they will go to your Bulk folder which you just empy without looking into anyway. But def. get rid of the cookies etc first...they latch onto your computer in that fashion and that is one of the side-effects.

allot of the time the reason that we get spam where ever we go is because of clicking on pop-ups. also not having a good anti-spam. USE MICRO-TREND

delete. delete. delete.

change your email address if you want, or create a new one for personal and business mail, and never use that new email address for entering contests, posting on message boards, etc.
