Best singer, I think Christina Aguilera (although I am not into her music) and Michael Sweet (Stryper's singer, one of my fav. bands!)
But I don't agree with some of the opinions...I think Madonna is an amazing performer, but as far as her singing goes...she's kind of in the middle/down the list...
