Sometimes I have to press it three times to get it to work? IS this something that I can fix?

Not sure if you can fix separate keys. Go to ebay and see if you can buy any keyboard inserts for your machine.

Try carefully turning the laptop upside down & tapping its bottom. That might dislodge anything stuck between the keys, as might a new, unused small paintbrush or toothpick. Finish off with a blow from a can of compessed air.

You may also be able to carefully remove the key itself & clean underneath it with a cotton bud and meths.

It is probably sticking due to dust build up, giving your laptop keyboard a good clean occasionally is always a good thing. Compressed air can be purchased from most good PC shops or stationers, failing this, metholated spirit is good for cleaning as it evaporates and leaves no residue. If these fail and it is not due to dust that can be removed from the above, you could gently remove the keys with a little gentle pressure and clean them with a lint free cloth, failing that- take it to a reputable PC mender

Probably caught in between the keys - 99% of the keyboards my sister broke or messes up bcause of this reason.
Get a new keyboard, whilst in the meantime go to Programs>Accessories>System tools>Character Map

clip the letter key of your key bored and with a cotton bud, just wipe the grime from underneath and then clip the letter back on and it should be OK.
If problem persistent take your laptop to a computer repair store and they can sort it for about £6 max. :)

That key wont work on my ucking keyboard either!!!

Nah...just joking! Use a small flat blade screwdriver to remove the key, (they basicly hook then click in) and make sure there is no dirt under the key and the rubber bit is lodged properly.
