I have just purchased a T680 TV Stick. The Retailer Gave me intalling instructions " In Laymans Terms" After telling I was not getting any channels after a scan. I followed her instruction to the letter. I am now getting a message telling me no signal and no tv card, plus the led light on the stick is not lighting up. ?

Have had the problem solved, I initially downloaded a Hotfix from M/Soft this didn't work, but working with M/soft came up with this solution
ACTION: Trying to install and connect " TV Tuner USB Device "
RESULT: Getting error "cannot recognized the device"
CAUSE: It was an issue with corrupt USB ports and drivers
RESOLUTION: Resolved
1) We removed all the USB devices from Device manager
2) Restarted the computer
3) Reinstalled the TV Software
4) Plugged the device and it worked

Firstly try reinstalling the drivers. Did you get an aeriel for the stick? might be worth investing in a high power digital aeriel.
Finally (and most important), I take it digital TV is available in your area cos if not then you aint gonna get a signal no matter what you do.
